How The Badge Program Works

The Badge Program consists of three levels: Pioneer, Ambassador, and Advocate. Each level has its own requirements and benefits. Here’s a brief overview of each level:

Pioneer

This is the first level of the Badge Program. To earn the Pioneer badge, you need to:

  • Complete Syncloop Training on Udemy
  • Use Syncloop platform to create an API

Once you’ve done that, send us an email to badges@syncloop.com with the subject: “Pioneer Badge”, and provide

  • Full Name
  • Registration email, and
  • Syncloop API key

The Pioneer badge will show that you have completed the basic training on Syncloop and have created your first API with it.

You’ll also get access to our Discord community where you can interact with other developers and get support from our team.

Ambassador

This is the second level of the Badge Program. To earn the Ambassador badge, you need to:

  • Onboard 3 of your friends or co-workers to Syncloop as Pioneers
  • Write a blog post on Syncloop
  • Give a presentation or talk about Syncloop API at a local meetup or conference or virtual (One-hour session, at least 50 people, at least 25 people joining Discord)
  • Share your experience of Syncloop’s community version on social media and tag Syncloop

Once you’ve done that, send us an email to badges@syncloop.com with the subject “Ambassador Badge”, and provide

  • Your Name
  • Your friends’ names
  • Signup emails for your friends
  • Their API keys
  • Your blog post link
  • Presentation recording link, and
  • Social media post link.

The Ambassador badge will show that you have spread the word about Syncloop API and have helped others learn about it.

You’ll also get exclusive benefits such as:

Advocate

This is the third and final level of the Badge Program. To earn the Advocate badge, you need to:

  • Use Syncloop API in an open-source project with at least 500 stars
  • Be active in the Syncloop Discord community by answering questions, participating in discussions, and sharing your findings

Once you’ve done that, send us an email to badges@syncloop.com with the subject: “Advocate Badge”, and provide

  • Full name, and
  • Signup email.

The Advocate badge will show that you have mastered Syncloop API and have used it in real-world projects.

You’ll also get exclusive benefits such as:

  • 1:1 Mentorship call with the CEO of Syncloop
  • Letter of Recommendation from Syncloop
  • Showcase on Syncloop’s website
  • Exclusive Syncloop swags
